Colabor LP definition
Colabor LP means Colabor Limited Partnership (Colabor, société en commandite in its French version), of which the Corporation is the sole limited partner and Colabor Management Inc. is the sole general partner;
Colabor LP. ’ means Colabor Limited Partnership (Colabor, socie´te´ en commandite in its French version), of which the Trust and the Vendor will be the special partners at Closing and the sole general partner of which is the General Partner.
