Examples of COGENCO in a sentence

  • If it has not already done so, DMI shall deduct and reimburse COGENCO the attorneys fees, disbursements and costs expended by COGENCO in the conduct of proceeding against the Third Party.

  • If it has not already done so, COGENCO shall deduct and reimburse DMI the attorneys fees, disbursements and costs expended by DMI in the conduct of proceeding against the Third Party.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, DMI shall have the right to take such actions as are reasonably necessary, in its good faith judgment, to preserve all rights in its Intellectual Property, and DMI shall notify COGENCO as soon as possible after taking any such action.

  • COGENCO shall not settle any such proceeding without the prior written consent of DMI, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld or conditioned.
