Code Upgrades definition

Code Upgrades means the modifications of existing equipment or systems required by local jurisdiction to a condition that satisfies local regulations.
Code Upgrades means the Building Code, Fire Code and other upgrades to the Heritage Building that the Owner has agreed to provide in accordance with section 11.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Code Upgrades in a sentence

  • On or before the Closing Date, the Sellers shall cause to be delivered to the Purchaser in machine readable electronic form and in a format reasonably acceptable to the Purchaser a copy of the source code relating to the Stored Value Software (together with each Source Code Upgrades prior to such date, the “SVP Source Code”).

  • Owner will pay the reasonable costs of including the Code Upgrades in the as-built Final Working Drawings within fifteen (15) days after Tenant’s presentation of an invoice for such costs, with reasonable backup of documentation evidencing the costs.

  • Code Upgrades: EquityHW will pay to correct code upgrades, if required, to effect repair or replacement.

  • Seller shall either (i) perform all upgrades to the Real Property required under applicable fire code Laws (the "FIRE CODE UPGRADES") prior to the Closing Date or (ii) obtain an estimate which shall be reasonably acceptable to Parent and Buyer from a third party contractor of the costs required to perform the Fire Code Upgrades (the "FIRE CODE AMOUNT").

  • Owner will pay for the Code Upgrades (if any) that would be required to occupy the Building for general office uses if no Tenant Improvements are performed, and Tenant will be responsible for the cost of any Code Upgrades that are a result of (or made necessary by) the Tenant Improvements or Tenant’s occupancy.

Related to Code Upgrades

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Local Upgrades means modifications or additions of facilities to ▇▇▇▇▇ any local thermal loading, voltage, short circuit, stability or similar engineering problem caused by the interconnection and delivery of generation to the Transmission System. Local Upgrades shall include:

  • Upgrades means all new versions and releases of, and bug fixes, error corrections, Workarounds, updates, upgrades, modifications, patches for, the Licensed Software, Deliverables, Documentation, or any other portion of the Work.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, Deliverability Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Transmission/Distribution Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system is not part of the CAISO Grid.
