Cobry retains the right to use Intellectual Property content for marketing use; this includes the use of the Customers logo and a brief description of the Work.
Any Personal Data provided to Cobry which is deemed to be inadequate, not relevant or not necessary for the Purpose will be deleted and the Customer informed accordingly.
