  • Cobry retains the right to use Intellectual Property content for marketing use; this includes the use of the Customers logo and a brief description of the Work.

  • Any Personal Data provided to Cobry which is deemed to be inadequate, not relevant or not necessary for the Purpose will be deleted and the Customer informed accordingly.

  • COBRA means the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended.
