Co-President definition

Co-President means the individual or individuals designated by the Members pursuant to Section 5.2 to manage the day-to-day operations of the Company.
Co-President means the Co-President elected in accordance with rule 8, paragraph 1, of these rules of procedure.

Examples of Co-President in a sentence

  • The Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers, in general, shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to them by the Secretary or the Treasurer, respectively, or by the President or any Co-President, or by the Board of Directors.

  • The Assistant Secretaries, when authorized by the Board of Directors, may sign with the President or a Co-President, or with a Vice President, certificates for shares of the corporation or contracts, deeds or mortgages, the issuance or execution of which shall have been authorized by a resolution of the Board of Directors.

  • Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by or at the request of the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, the President (or any Co-President) or any two directors.

  • Physical certificates, if issued, shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, a Co-President, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Operating Officer, the General Counsel, the Secretary or another principal officer of the Company.

  • Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held at such place and on such day and hour as shall from time to time be fixed by the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, the President (or any Co-President) or the Board of Directors.

  • Shares represented by certificates shall be signed by the President (or any Co-President) or a Vice President and by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary and sealed with the corporate seal or a facsimile thereof.
