Co-Occupiers definition

Co-Occupiers means person or persons, who has/have purchased and/or is owning or occupying a residential or a commercial unit, as the case may be, in the Project;

Examples of Co-Occupiers in a sentence

  • Since the interest of the Allottee in the Common Areas is undivided and cannot be divided or separated, the Allottee shall use the Common Areas along with other Co-Lessees and/or Co-Occupiers of the Project, maintenance staff, etc.

  • The Allottee further agrees, confirms, declares and undertakes that considering the size and scale of the Project, the terms and conditions as set forth herein are necessary and reasonable in order to protect the interest and rights of all the Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Project.

  • Since the share /interest of the Allottee in the Common Areas is undivided and cannot be divided or separated, the Allottee shall use the Common Areas along with other Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Project, maintenance staff, etc.

  • The Allottee expressly agrees and acknowledges that it is obligatory on the part of the Allottee to regularly and punctually make payment of the proportionate share of the Common Charges and Expenses and the Township Maintenance Charges, along with interest accrued thereon, and further acknowledges that non-payment of the same is likely to affect the maintenance and rendition of the common services, thus affecting the right of the Co- Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers in the Project and the Township.

  • The Allottee shall be entitled to the facilities of a club within the Project (“Club”) along with the Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Project.

  • The Common Charges and Expenses shall be proportionately divided amongst the Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Project and the Township Maintenance Charges shall be proportionately divided amongst the Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Township, in such manner as may be decided by the Promoter, the TMC, the Association or the Property Management Agency, as the case be, from time to time in this regard.

  • The Common Charges and Expenses shall be proportionately divided amongst the Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Residential Project and the Township Maintenance Charges shall be proportionately divided amongst the Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Township, in such manner as may be decided by the Promoter, the Association, the TMC or the Property Management Agency, as the case be, from time to time in this regard.

  • The Allottee further agrees, confirms, declares and undertakes that considering the size and scale of the Project and the Township, the terms and conditions as set forth herein are necessary and reasonable in order to protect the interest and rights of all the Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Township.

  • That the Allottee shall draw the electric lines/wires, television cables, broadband data cables and telephone cables to the Apartment only through the ducts and pipes provided therefor, ensuring that no inconvenience is caused to the Promoter or to the other Co-Buyers and/or Co-Occupiers of the Project.

Related to Co-Occupiers

  • Permitted Occupier means if used in the Agreement, any person who is licensed or permitted by the Landlord to reside at the Property together with the Tenant and who does so as a rent free licensee of the Tenant.

  • Owner-occupied means property that is the principal

  • Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.
