Co-Lessees or “Co-Occupiers” shall mean person or persons, who has/have leasehold interest and/or are occupying a residential unit in the Project and shall include personnel of the Lessor or the Promoter or the Association of Allottee (Association) or the Facility Management Company or any of their respective sub-contractors, who are residing or occupying a premises within the Project;

Co-Lessees. For purposes of the Master Equipment Lease Agreement, any related Schedules and associated documents, ITC^DeltaCom, Inc. and DeltaCom, Inc. as Co-Lessees agree that each will be jointly and severally liable for the performance of all obligations and bound to all terms and conditions as Lessee which will include but not be limited to the payment of Base Rent, Additional Rent, and any other amounts which are now due or will become due and payable pursuant to the terms hereof. For purposes hereof, the term “Lessee” wherever it appears will refer to a Co-Lessee individually or collectively as the case may be. The Co-Lessees further agree that any authorized signature of any Co-Lessee is authorized to bind all Co-Lessees with respect to the Master Equipment Lease Agreement, any Schedule and any associated documents. Any notice required under the Master Equipment Lease Agreement or a Schedule which is received by Lessor from any Lessee as a Co-Lessee will be deemed to have been received by all Co-Lessees.”

  • Lessor will not unreasonably withhold such consent and Co-Lessees will not unreasonably prevent their fellow lessees from subletting or assigning their interest in this lease.

  • Lessor shall have no duty to see any allocation of use or benefits of the Equipment or Collateral, regardless of any notice or request from any Co-Lessee, all relations between or among Co-Lessees being an internal matter for them and not for Lessor.

  • Insofar as Lessor is concerned, the act of any Co-Lessee shall bind all other Co-Lessees, and Lessor (and Lessee’s and each Co-Lessee’s rights and duties to Lessor) shall not be affected by any notice or action to the contrary.

  • Such amount(s), if any, thus transferred shall be held by the Association /Apex Body on behalf of and on account of the Allottee and the several Co-Lessees of the Project inter alia as a sinking fund.

  • Lessor shall be fully protected, as to Lessee and all Co-Lessees, in dealing with any Co-Lessee.

  • The liability of Co-Lessees hereunder shall be joint and several.

  • If you have not appointed a deputy herein, the Lessee and any Co-Lessee(s) must sign the Add/Remove Signer form to appoint a deputy.
