Co-Implementers definition

Co-Implementers means other members of the health care team working in conjunction with PAs and Primary Supervising Physicians/Supervising Physicians who are authorized to carry out the Medical Services provided that they are satisfied that the conditions for a Direct Order or that the conditions set out in Medical Directives have been met and that the circumstances warrant implementation of the Medical Services.

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
