Co-convenor definition
Co-convenor means one of two Co-convenors of The Greens (WA) Inc.
Intervenor means any person who, upon written petition, is permitted to intervene in a specific proceeding before the board.
Resolution of Shareholders means either:
Notice of Meeting means the Notice of Special Meeting which accompanies this Information Circular;
Closed Meeting means a meeting from which the public is excluded.
special meeting of shareholders means a meeting of any particular class or classes of shareholders and a meeting of all shareholders entitled to vote at any annual meeting of shareholders at which special business is to be transacted.
