CO-ASSURED definition

CO-ASSURED means a person who is named in a certificate of entry as being a person capable of benefiting and/or accepting obligations from such entry in addition to or in substitution for the named Member.
CO-ASSURED means, any other person (other than the Borrower or the Manager) who is named as a co-assured or a member under the Insurance of the Vessel.

Related to CO-ASSURED

  • Life Assured means the person named as the Life Assured in the Schedule whose life is assured under this Policy.

  • Sum Assured means the amount specified in the Schedule

  • Assured means the Policyholder and any non-Consolidated or partially Consolidated Subsidiaries and Affiliates to the extent that they are covered under paragraphs 2 and 3 above, both independently and as participants in joint ventures with others.

  • Reassured shall be understood to mean “Company”, “Reinsured”, “Reassured” or whatever other term is used in the attached reinsurance document to designate the reinsured company or companies.

  • Personal liability means personal liability for a debt, liability, or other obligation of an organization which is imposed on a person that co-owns, has an interest in, or is a member of the organization:
