Life Assured definition

Life Assured means the person named as the Life Assured in the Schedule whose life is assured under this Policy.

Life Assured means the person named in the Schedule on whose life the insurance cover under this Policy has been granted.

Life Assured means the person as stated in the Policy Schedule on whose life the contingent events have to occur for the Benefits to be payable. The Life Assured may be the Policyholder.
