CNLS-IST means the Recipient’s HIV/AIDS Counsel (Conseil National de Lutte contre le SIDA et les IST) established and organized by Presidential Decree no. 2001-510/PRES/PM/MS dated October 1, 2001, (Décret portant création, attributions, organisation et fonctionnement du Conseil National de Lutte contre le SIDA et les Infections Sexuellement Transmissibles au Burkina Faso), as further completed and amended as of the date of this Agreement.
