CNC Code definition

CNC Code means the POP, login server, registration server, encryption, data security and other software, including object code and source code, described or referred to in this Agreement, and developed by CNC to support the Internet Services provided by Intuit, including any related documentation.
CNC Code means the POP, login server, registration server, Quarterdeck Product, encryption, data security and other software described in or relating to the performance of the Access Agreement, including any related documentation, and developed by CNC or its suppliers during the Term of the Access Agreement to support the Internet Services provided by Intuit, including any related documentation. 1.2 "Quarterdeck Product" is Quarterdeck software, in object code form, as further described in Attachment 1 attached hereto. 1.3 Any other capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given them in the Access Agreement.
CNC Code means the Code of Regulations of CNC, as amended.

Examples of CNC Code in a sentence

  • This indemnity shall not apply to the extent such claims result from Intuit's own modification or alteration of the CNC Code.

  • This Agreement, as supplemented by the Access Agreement, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the licensing of the CNC Code contemplated herein.

  • Technical discussions have highlighted the practical issues related to product coverage.

  • CNC Code" shall mean the POP, login server, registration ----------- server, encryption, data security and other software described in or relating to the performance of the Access Agreement, including any related documentation, developed during the Term of the Access Agreement.

  • IBC Code means the 1998 Edition of the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk published by the International Maritime Organization;

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;

  • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Erasmus Code A unique identifier that every higher education institution that has been awarded with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education receives.   • Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;

  • 1954 Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended from time to time through the date of enactment of the Code. References to the 1954 Code and Sections of the 1954 Code include relevant applicable regulations (including temporary regulations) and proposed regulations thereunder and any successor provisions to those Sections, regulations or proposed regulations.

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • State Grid Code means the Grid Code specified by the CERC under Clause (h) of Sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act, as amended from time to time, and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission, referred under Clause (h) of Sub- section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Xxx 0000, as applicable;

  • ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013;

  • Uniform Code means the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, as currently in effect and as hereafter amended from time to time.

  • Waste code means the six digit code referable to a type of waste in accordance with the List of Wastes (England)Regulations 2005, or List of Wastes (Wales) Regulations 2005, as appropriate, and in relation to hazardous waste, includes the asterisk.

  • Executable Code means the fully compiled version of a software program that can be executed by a computer and used by an end user without further compilation.
