CMSI Interface Components definition

CMSI Interface Components means and consists of the Interface equipment components for which CMSI is responsible as set forth in this Agreement (including without limitation, the physical connections and associated equipment between the CMSI Interface Server and the DealerTrack Computer), the Interface software components for which CMSI is responsible as set forth in this Agreement (but excluding, without limitation, any Confidential Information or Intellectual Property of DealerTrack), and CMSI's Interface Server.

  • CMSI shall be responsible for costs associated with modification or further development of the CMSI Interface Components and the CMSI System and DealerTrack shall be responsible for costs associated with modification or further development of the DealerTrack Interface Components and the DealerTrack System.
