CMBI Bitcoin. “CMBI Bitcoin Index”, “CMBI Ethereum”, “CMBI Ethereum Index”, “CMBI 10”, “Coin Metrics Bletchley Indexes”, “CM Bletchley Index”, or any of the constituent metric (i.e., variable) names within CMBI Customer further agrees never to challenge, contest or question the validity of the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ or any related trademark registrations. Customer agrees not to create a composition ▇▇▇▇ with, or use confusingly similar marks or trade dress to, the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or dilute the distinctiveness of any ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Customer recognizes the great value of the goodwill associated with the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and will not disparage or degrade the value of the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.
