Cloud Program definition

Cloud Program means the combination of Cloud Services, Cloud Application(s), Local Software, Third Party Software Products, and Cloud Optional Services provided pursuant to the Principle Contracting Document. The components of the Cloud Program are specifically identified in the Quote and for purposes of this definition shall mean only those components and not any other components not specifically listed in the Quote.

  • Cloud Services purchased under an Order Document shall be as defined in the Cloud Program Document incorporated into the Order Document by reference.

  • The warranties concerning availability of the Cloud Services are documented in the Cloud Program Document.

  • Except for Affiliates and employees of Affiliates, no other person, including any third parties not authorized by Hexagon, may access the Cloud Program or be provided with Credentials.

  • During any period of suspension, the Customer will still be liable for payment of the applicable Cloud Program Fees.

  • Except for the Cloud Services, no other service, including Cloud Consulting Services, are provided by Hexagon pursuant to a Cloud Program Sales Order.

  • Hexagon also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of this Exhibit D (Cloud Program Conditions) and/or AUP.

  • Vendor warrants that, for the period during which Cloud Services are provided, the Cloud Services shall function in accordance with the Documentation and the Cloud Program Document and that the provided software shall be free from material program errors and shall function substantially in accordance with the Documentation.

Related to Cloud Program

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
