Cloud Edition means the Product as further described in Exhibit B hereto (if Licensee licenses such Cloud Edition of the Product).

If Licensee does not disable such functionality in On‐Premise Subscriptions or with respect to the Cloud Edition, Mattermost may collect data with respect to the aggregate response rate and other aggregate measures of the Licensed Software’s performance, as well as information about Licensee’s activation, configuration and use of the Licensed Software.
