Clinical Program Milestone definition
Clinical Program Milestone means an event relating to the clinical development of the Licensed Product as defined in Section 3.2.
Clinical Program Milestone means an event relating to the clinical development of the Drug Product as set forth in Section 4.2. “Confidential Information” has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.
Examples of Clinical Program Milestone in a sentence
In the event that (i) BioPartners has not given written notice to DURECT within the Option Period stating that it is exercising its option or (ii) BioPartners has failed to meet a Clinical Program Milestone within the applicable timeframe set forth under Section 4.2, such option shall be terminated and DURECT shall no longer have any obligations to BioPartners under such option.
