  • The duties and responsibilities as the Client’s Agent are as prescribed in Construction Regulation 5(7).

  • In case of cancellation of the Flight(s), the Client shall in addition reimburse the Client’s Agent for all costs actually incurred by the Client’s Agent in connection with any Additional Services related to the Flight(s).

  • No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless agreed in writing by the Client’s Agent.

  • In case of delay of the Passengers, the Client shall reimburse the Client’s Agent for any amounts invoiced by the Carrier to the Client’s Agent as a result of such delay.

  • Without prejudice to its rights under this Agreement, the Client’s Agent is not a party to the Carriage Agreement and shall not bear any obligation or liability in relation thereto.
