CLIENT ORGANIZATION means the Government Organization/public or private institution which has approached SECI for installation of Solar Power Plant.

• CLIENT ORGANIZATION acknowledges and is familiar with the high standards, quality, style and image of THE PARTNERSHIP, and CLIENT ORGANIZATION shall, at all times, conduct its business and use the ▇▇▇▇ in a manner consistent with these standards, quality, style and image.

• If the Dispute cannot be settled by good faith negotiation between the Chief Executive Officers (or equivalent position) of the parties – which must take place within thirty days of receipt by one party of a claim of a Dispute – THE PARTNERSHIP and CLIENT ORGANIZATION will submit the Dispute to non-binding mediation in Los Angeles.

• CLIENT ORGANIZATION grants THE PARTNERSHIP approval to disclose CLIENT ORGANIZATION in THE PARTNERSHIP’s list of clients, including future proposals, website, and informational material.

• In the event the CLIENT ORGANIZATION elects to keep these additional extended enterprise licenses (instead of archiving them) the CLIENT ORGANIZATION agrees to pay for the overage at $24.00 plus tax per license.

CLIENT ORGANIZATION means a business or not for profit organization that is legally eligible in the state of Georgia to qualify for and receive funds (cash) and other assets (such as annuities, securities, credit, tax wavers and incentives), work product, services and/or support administrated by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs based on gathering Confidential Information and documentation that include the use of PII, CPNI and/or ePHI from individuals involved in these going concerns as data directly disclosed to and validated by the Agency and/or as data that has been indirectly disclosed to the Agency and validated through one of its Sponsor or Partner Organizations, or through one of the Agency Third-party Suppliers.
