Client Marks definition

Client Marks means the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and other commercial and product designations of Client identified by Client for use on the Web Site.
Client Marks means the trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos used on the Gift Card or carriers, together with all of the variations thereof used in connection with the Gift Cards, and all such as may hereafter be adopted or developed for use in connection with the Gift Cards, all as the foregoing are supplied to Blackhawk by or on behalf of Client.
Client Marks means all trade names, registered domain names, service marks and trademarks (whether registered or not), trade dress, branding, “look and feel,” corporate names and logos, slogans, fictitious names, “dbas” and similar indicia of source or origin, whether registered or unregistered, owned by, registered in the name of, or licensed by a third party to Client or its Affiliates prior to or on or after the Effective Date, including the registrations and applications for registration therefor (including intent-to-use applications), all translations, transliterations, adaptations, derivations and combinations thereof and including all of the goodwill associated therewith, including the foregoing as licensed to Client in connection with the operation of the Institution’s Forbes School of Business and Technology pursuant to that certain License Agreement, dated October 31, 2013 by and between Provider and Forbes Education Holdings, LLC (as amended), which was assigned to Client in connection with the Acquisition. The Client Marks include the Block A Marks for purposes this Agreement.

Examples of Client Marks in a sentence

  • Client grants ALM the right to photograph and/or film the Client’s exhibit and Space (if applicable) and use the Client Marks as well as the Client and Client personnel’s likeness, as depicted in such images and/or video recordings, in any and all media for promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Event and other ALM events.
