Client Authorization. The undersigned is an officer, member, manager, director, managing partner, or general partner (or person authorized to represent the foregoing), as applicable, of Client, authorized to bind Client to enter into and to perform its obligations under this Master Agreement. The undersigned certifies to Bank that Client is duly organized, validly existing, and authorized by all necessary organizational action with full power and legal authority to execute and perform its obligations under this Master Agreement. Examples of Client Authorization in a sentence

  • All Client Authorization for ROI forms related to the HMIS will be placed in a file to be located on premises and will be made available to HAWNY for periodic audits.

  • Agency will keep signed copies of the Client Authorization to Disclose Information for a period of seven (7) years after expiration.

  • Once the Client Authorization to Disclose Information expires, the Agency will no longer edit or print the record and any new information entered into HMIS will not be accessible to other participating agencies.

  • With a current Client Authorization to Disclose Information form on file, Agency may update, edit, and print out a client’s information.

  • The Agency acknowledges that an adapted Agency Authorization to Release Information form must include an HMIS clause which permits the Agency to share restricted client information with select agencies (as specified on the Client Authorization Form) in compliance with the Agency’s approved Confidentiality Policies and Procedures.

  • Sharing of restricted information is not covered under the general HMIS Client Authorization Form.

  • The Agency agrees to place all Client Authorization forms related to the HMIS in a file to be located at the Agency's business address and that such forms will be made available to the HLA for periodic audits.

  • The Agency agrees to place all Client Authorization for Release of Information forms related to the MSHMIS in a file to be located at the Agency's business address and that such forms will be made available to the MCAH for periodic audits.

Related to Client Authorization

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Environmental Authorization Any license, permit, order, approval, consent, notice, registration, filing or other form of permission or authorization required under any Environmental Law.

  • Sell Authorization means that Partner needs to meet specific training and qualification requirements for the products included in an “On Premise” Product Family that Partner wants to resell as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the applicable RSPI.

  • Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, ▇▇▇▇ of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.
