In the alternative, LPHA must have a plan for continued efforts to make Health Services available to Participants at the WIC clinic through written agreements with other health care providers when Health Services are provided through referral, in accordance with 7 CFR Part 246, Subpart B, §246.6(b)(3) and (5); and the CLHO MCH Agreement.
