Cleared Contract definition

Cleared Contract means an IRS Transaction between JSCC and a Clearing Participant that comes into effect as a result of Clearing;
Cleared Contract means an Eligible Trade cleared by ICE Clear in accordance with the ICE Clear Rules;
Cleared Contract means a CDS Transaction between JSCC and a Clearing Participant that comes into effect as a result of Clearing;
