Clean Slate means to begin afresh where all previous academic records are archived;

  • When we make a request, police vetting searches the police database for any information held about the person being vetted and criminal conviction information discovered is released in accordance with the Criminal Records (Clean Slate) Act 2004.

  • Through improvement initiatives and programs such as Clean Slate, Vision process and 92-gether, we will ensure we can achieve our targets and deliver on the potential that the on going investment in Albury has created.

  • Clean wood means natural wood which has not been painted, varnished or coated with a similar material, has not been pressure treated with preservatives and does not contain resins or glues as in plywood or other composite wood products.

  • Ballast water means water with its suspended matter taken on board a ship to control trim, list, draught, stability or stresses of the ship.

  • Sewage sludge means a solid, semi-solid, or liquid residue generated during the treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works as defined in section 6111.01 of the Revised Code. "Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.

  • Yard waste means leaves, grass clippings, yard and garden debris and brush, including clean woody vegetative material no greater than 6 inches in diameter. This term does not include stumps, roots or shrubs with intact root balls.

  • Recycling center means an establishment, place of business, facility or building which is maintained, operated, or used for the storing, keeping, buying, or selling of newspaper or used food or beverage containers or plastic containers for the purpose of converting such items into a usable product.
