Classification Test means the test which shall be satisfied if, as at the date that the Portfolio Manager intends to designate Sale Proceeds as Interest Proceeds as contemplated in clause (b) of the definition of “Interest Sale Proceeds”, the Aggregate Collateral Balance is at least equal to the Target Par Amount, the Coverage Tests, the Portfolio Profile Tests and the Collateral Quality Tests (in each case, determined by reference to the Collateral Debt Obligations both purchased and committed to be purchased and after giving effect to such proposed treatment) will be maintained or improved when compared to the results of such tests as at the Effective Date (in each case, determined by reference to the Collateral Debt Obligations both purchased and committed to be purchased) provided that:
