CLASS VOTING means that the Certificate of Incorporation provides that the holders of the Series A Stock shall be entitled to elect four (4) directors and the holders of the Common Stock shall be entitled to elect five (5) directors.

  • e-voting means voting using either the internet, telephone or text message; “e-voting information” has the meaning set out in rule 24.2;
