Class Supplement definition

Class Supplement means each supplement to this Information Memorandum, issued by the Company from time to time, providing information and terms particular to a specific Class (or classes) of Participating Shares and the relevant Segregated Account established for such Class(es), as may be amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the laws of Bermuda;
Class Supplement means a class supplement to this Prospectus specifying certain information in respect of one or more Share Classes.
Class Supplement means the relevant supplement for each Class of a Sub-Fund.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Class X-D Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-12 hereto.
