Class R Unit definition

Class R Unit means a Class R Unit of the Trust and includes a fraction of a Class R Unit of the Trust.
Class R Unit means a unit of beneficial interest in the Trust designated as Class R units.
Class R Unit means a Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class R Units in this Agreement.

Examples of Class R Unit in a sentence

  • If no Investor Units and/or Class M Units are outstanding, each Class R Unit represents an equal undivided beneficial interest in and to all distributions of the Trust, whether of Net Income, Net Realized Capital Gains or other amounts, and in the event of the termination or winding-up of the Trust, in and to all of the net assets of the Trust remaining after satisfaction of all liabilities.

The Class R-2 Residual Interest, together with the REMIC II Regular Interests, shall be deemed to be a separate series of beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust consisting of the REMIC II Assets pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class R-2 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 2.

  • Class R-1 Residual Interest The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which has been designated as the single class of “residual interest” in REMIC I pursuant to Section 2.06.

  • Percentage Interest As to any Certificate, the percentage interest evidenced thereby in distributions required to be made on the related Class, such percentage interest being set forth on the face thereof or equal to the percentage obtained by dividing the Denomination of such Certificate by the aggregate of the Denominations of all Certificates of the same Class.

  • Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
