Class PF Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class PF Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit B-1 hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.

Examples of Class PF Certificate in a sentence

  • If the purchaser of a Class PF Certificate that is not Qualified Institutional Buyer fails to provide the Certificate Registrar with a Qualified Holder Certificate, such transfer shall be void ab initio and the transferee shall not be deemed to be a Certificateholder for any purpose of this Agreement until such certificate is delivered.

  • The Certificate Registrar shall consent to such transfer provided that the purchaser of a Class PF Certificate is a Qualified Institutional Buyer or delivers a Qualified Holder Certificate meeting the requirements hereunder and, in each case, otherwise complies with all other applicable requirements hereunder related to the transfer of a Class PF Certificate.

  • Scheduled principal, prepayments and Realized Losses will be allocated between the SWR-PF Interest and the SWR-1F in the same way that scheduled principal, prepayments and Realized Losses Interest are allocated between the Class PF Certificate and all other certificates relating to Loan Group 1.
