Class F Certificate definition

Class F Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a “Class F” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class ofregular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class F Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-15 hereto.

  • An application for a Class F Certificate of PC&N to operate as a contract carrier or an addition thereto may be approved upon a showing that the applicant is fit, willing, and able to appropriately perform the proposed service, and that public convenience and necessity are not already being served in the territory by existing authorized service.
