Examples of Class Orders in a sentence
You acknowledge that each time you place a sell Order in respect of a Financial Product with IBA and notify IBA that the sell Order relates to a short sale (Short Sale Order), you will be taken to have warranted and represented to us that the sale will meet the requirements and conditions of the Applicable Laws including, without limitation, the Corporations Act, Corporations Regulations and ASIC Class Orders (if any) (as amended from time to time) relating to Covered Short Sales.
If required by Paragraph 9, the Company may only offer shares of Common Stock pursuant to this Plan if, at the time of the offer, the Common Stock has been quoted on the NASDAQ or another approved foreign market for the purposes of ASIC Class Orders 03/184 throughout the 12 month period immediately before the offer without suspension for more than a total of 2 trading days during that period.
Applicable Laws means, in relation to a matter, all laws, legislation, regulation and subsidiary regulation, instruments and Orders of a regulatory authority or a court, rules and procedures of a Financial Market which apply to the relevant matter including for example, and without limitation, the Corporations Act and regulations made pursuant to the Corporations Act, ASIC Class Orders and other instruments, ASIC Market Integrity Rules and ASX Rules.
