  • You acknowledge that each time you place a sell Order in respect of a Financial Product with IBA and notify IBA that the sell Order relates to a short sale (Short Sale Order), you will be taken to have warranted and represented to us that the sale will meet the requirements and conditions of the Applicable Laws including, without limitation, the Corporations Act, Corporations Regulations and ASIC Class Orders (if any) (as amended from time to time) relating to Covered Short Sales.

  • Class Distribution Order means an order entered by the Court authorizing and directing that the Net Settlement Fund be distributed, in whole or in part, to Authorized Claimants.

  • Stop Loss Order means an order placed to close a position once it hits a specific price in order to protect yourself from further losses and avoid potential close-outs/stop-outs.
