Class level definition

Class level means the institutionally determined undergraduate freshman (first year), sophomore (second year), junior (third year), and senior (fourth year) classifications, which typically, but not always, transition at 30-credit-hour intervals per class level.
Class level means among all full service residential non-heating customers currently taking service under rate code 180.

Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-2 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-2 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Base Level means the following amounts plus the percentage

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
