Class II soil definition

Class II soil means soil contaminated with one or more of the following contaminants: combination fuel oils (number three and number four fuel oils), residual fuel oils (number five and number six fuel oils), virgin lubricating oils, used oils, weathered oils, other petroleum based products not listed in Class I, and other contaminants as approved by the Department for this classification.

  • Class II vehicles constructed principally for the carriage of seated passengers, and designed to allow the carriage of standing passengers in the gangway and/or in an area which does not exceed the space provided for two double seats;
