Class HRR Pass-Through Rate definition

Class HRR Pass-Through Rate. As set forth in the Upper-Tier REMIC section of the Introductory Statement of this Agreement.
Class HRR Pass-Through Rate. For any Distribution Date, a variable rate per annum equal to the Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date.
Class HRR Pass-Through Rate. A per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate.

Class HRR Pass-Through Rate. A per annum rate equal to the Net Trust Note Rate for the related Distribution Date.
Class HRR Pass-Through Rate. On each Distribution Date, a variable rate per annum that will produce an amount equal to (i) the aggregate of interest accrued on (1) the Class HRR (FL Component) Balance of the Class HRR (FL Component) on an actual/360 basis at the Class HRR (FL Component) Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date plus (2) the Class HRR (FX Component) Balance of the Class HRR (FX Component) on a 30/360 basis at the Class HRR (FX Component) Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date, divided by (b) the Certificate Balance of the Class HRR Certificates, multiplied by (c) 12.
Class HRR Pass-Through Rate. A per annum rate equal to the Net Mortgage Rate for the related Distribution Date.
Class HRR Pass-Through Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Net WAC Rate for such Distribution Date. The Pass-Through Rate applicable to the Class HRR Certificates for the initial Distribution Date shall be the rate set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

Related to Class HRR Pass-Through Rate

  • Class C Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class G Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.5850%.

  • Class F Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class E Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.5000%.

  • Class D Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.0000%.

  • Class X Pass-Through Rate With respect to each Class of Class X Certificates, for any Distribution Date, the excess, if any of (a) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date, over (b) the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates on the Underlying Classes of Principal Balance Certificates for such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of their respective Certificate Balances immediately prior to such Distribution Date (or, with respect to any Class of Class X Certificates with one Underlying Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the Pass-Through Rate of such Underlying Class for such Distribution Date).

  • Class A Pass-Through Rate As set forth in the Upper-Tier REMIC section of the Introductory Statement of this Agreement.

  • Class B Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date and (ii) 2.44500%.
