Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall definition

Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and any outstanding Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that is actually paid to Noteholders of Class B Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Noteholders of Class B Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class B Interest Rate for the related Interest Period.
Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class B NoteholdersInterest Distributable Amount for the preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that was actually paid on the Class B Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to holders of the Class B Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the interest rate borne by the Class B Notes for the related Interest Accrual Period.
Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (A) the sum of (i) the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and (ii) any Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Payment Date, over (B) the amount in respect of interest that was actually paid to Noteholders of Class B Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Noteholders of Class B Notes on such preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class B Interest Rate for the related Interest Period.

Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of (A) the sum of (i) the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and (ii) any Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for the preceding Payment Date, over (B) the amount in respect of interest that was actually paid to Noteholders of Class B Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Noteholders of Class B Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Interest Rate borne by such Class B Notes for the related Interest Period.
Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the excess, if any, of (A) the sum of (1) the Class B Noteholders' Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Distribution Date and (2) any outstanding Class B Noteholders' Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Distribution Date, over (B) the amount in respect of interest that is actually distributed to the Class B Noteholders on such preceding Distribution Date, and (ii) interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Class B Noteholders on the preceding Distribution Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class B Note Interest Rate from and including the 25th day of the month preceding such Distribution Date, to but excluding the 25th day of the month containing such Distribution Date (based on a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
