The holders of Class A Stock shall not be entitled to any dividends from the Corporation other than the Class A Dividend.
If the full amount of the Class A Dividend is not declared and paid on such dividend payment date, then the Class A Dividend shall accrue and accumulate, whether or not the Corporation has earnings, whether or not there are funds legally available for the payment thereof and whether or not such distributions are earned, declared or authorized.
