Class A-5 Remittance Rate definition

Class A-5 Remittance Rate means 6.91% per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
Class A-5 Remittance Rate means a floating rate equal to the Weighted ------------------------- Average Contract Rate, but in no event greater than 7.00% per annum, in either case computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
