Class A-4 Overdue Interest definition

Class A-4 Overdue Interest means, for any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount of Class A-4 Monthly Interest payable on all prior Payment Dates over (b) the aggregate amount of interest actually paid to the Class A-4 Noteholders on all prior Payment Dates.
