Class A-2 Shares definition

Class A-2 Shares means the Company’s Class A-2 Non-Voting Ordinary Shares, par value $.00001 per share.
Class A-2 Shares means the class A-2 shares in the capital of the Company.
Class A-2 Shares means the Class A-2 Shares, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.
