City Share definition

City Share means City’s share of the total net operational funding contribution required in any budget year for Core Funding in any Facility or for any Program Funding determined in accordance with Sections 30 and 31;
City Share means the difference between total grant costs and grantor eligible costs. "City share" may be required or non- required match. A required match is project costs incurred but not eligible for reimbursement and required by grantor agreement for matching purposes.
City Share means (a) all of the Retained Tax Increment Revenues other than the Developer Share thereof plus (b) all interest and earnings on all of the Retained Tax Increment Revenues, except as provided in Section 3.1(e) hereof.

  • The Operator understands and acknowledges the City desires on occasion to report to the citizens of Durham as to the financial performance of the DPAC and how much the City may collect as a result of either the City FF Share or the City Share of Operating Profit.

City Share means the City’s share of Sales and Use Tax Revenues as defined by Section 4.02 of this Agreement.
