The portion of Program Costs to be paid from Party Shares are the City Program Costs, and each Party Share of such City Program Costs is detailed in Exhibit D(1) and D(2).
Should any of the alternative funding sources fail, in whole or in part, then the unfunded portion of Program Costs shall be deemed City Program Costs, to be paid by the City Parties in accordance with the Cost Allocation Plan.
