City Program Costs definition

City Program Costs means and refer to that portion of the Program Costs that are not funded by an alternative funding source described in Exhibit D(1) and D(2), and that
City Program Costs means and refer to that portion of the Program Costs that are not funded by an alternative funding source described in Exhibit D(1) and D(2), and that will be paid by the City Parties pursuant to the Cost Allocation Plan, as such City Program Costs are further detailed in Exhibit “D”.
City Program Costs means and refer to that portion of the Program Costs that are not funded by an alternative funding source described in Exhibit “A”, and that will be paid by the City Parties pursuant to the Cost Allocation Plan, as such City Program Costs are further detailed in Exhibit “C”.

Examples of City Program Costs in a sentence

  • The portion of Program Costs to be paid from Party Shares are the City Program Costs, and each Party Share of such City Program Costs is detailed in Exhibit D(1) and D(2).

Related to City Program Costs

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.
