Circulation Area definition

Circulation Area means common public use areas such as covered passages, corridors, foyers, reception areas, entrance lobbies, underground and overhead tank and stairs lobbies, stairs towers, lift etc.
Circulation Area means all of the area within a parking lot exclusive of driveways or off-street parking or loading spaces, which is provided for vehicular maneuvering, pedestrian movement or other accessory or incidental purposes.
Circulation Area means the portion of the ground floor lobby level of the Building and the area comprising the vertical transportation serving the mezzanine floor of the Building, as shown on Exhibit C-6, consisting of approximately 2,649 square feet of Rentable Area.

  • Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of the Circulation Area to the general public or for the general public or for any public uses whatsoever other than those specifically granted herein, it being the intention of parties that the rights shall be strictly limited to and for the purposes herein expressed.

  • The City and 225 ▇▇▇ agree to the following terms that govern the Circulation Area.

  • The design of the Circulation Area and Parcel 2 Improvements will be incorporated in 225 ▇▇▇’▇ design for Parcels, 3, 4, and 5.
