The Company agrees that at all times during the term of this Agreement an employee shall be assigned exclusively to the role of CIPS Manager for the Company and whose role shall include acting as a liaison between CIB and the Company and participating in meetings with the CIB and responding to requests for information on the affairs of the Company.
