China Consideration definition

China Consideration means an amount in U.S. dollars equal to the portion of the Purchase Price allocated to the equity interests in ClosetMaid China as set forth in the Allocation Statement.

  • Net Consideration means “net consideration” as defined in Regulation Section 1.848-2(f));
