CHESS sub-register definition

CHESS sub-register means the CHESS subregister part of the register for the Company's securities that is administered by ASX Settlement and records uncertificated holdings in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules;
CHESS sub-register means that part of a company's register for a class of the company's CHESS approved securities that is administered by SCH and that records uncertificated holdings of securities in that class;
CHESS sub-register means that part of a company’s register for a class of the company’s CHESS approved securities that is administered by ASTC and that records uncertificated holdings of securities in that class;

  • If you hold your shares on the CHESS subregister then your CHESS Sponsor controls the transfer or movement of shares to or from your CHESS sponsored holdings, but may only do so if following your specific instructions.

CHESS sub-register means CHESS subregister as defined in the Listing Rules. “Company” means Suncorp-Metway Ltd by whatever name from time to time called. “Constitution” means this Constitution as amended from time to time.
