Cherokee Facility definition

Cherokee Facility means the facility located at 1080 Industrial Drive, Cherokee, Alabama, 35616, currently owned and operated by CNC, which consists of two Nitric Acid Plants, the No. 1 Nitric Acid Plant (“Cherokee #1”) and the No. 2 Nitric Acid Plant (“Cherokee #2”), with the following operational statuses as of the Date of Lodging, respectively:
Cherokee Facility means the Company’s facility in Cherokee, Alabama.
Cherokee Facility means the Company’s multi-product facility and related assets in Cherokee, Alabama.
