All cash delivered to Chase Texas by or on behalf of the Fund will be deposited in the Cash Account.

Chase Texas will not be responsible for such Securities, Senior Loans, other property and such monies until actually received by it.
Chase Texas will identify in its records that Financial Assets credited to the Fund's Securities Account belong to the Fund (except as otherwise may be agreed by Chase Texas and the Fund).
If Instructions are not received in a timely manner, Chase Texas will not be obligated to provide further notice to the Fund.
Chase Texas also will provide additional statements containing this information upon the Fund's request.
Chase Texas will be not be liable with respect to any matter set forth in those portions of any such statement (or reasonably implied therefrom) to which the Fund has not given Chase Texas a written exception or objection within sixty (60) days of receipt of the statement.
The Fund undertakes to notify Chase Texas immediately if any information requires updating or correcting.
