Change Assessment definition

Change Assessment means an assessment of any financial or operational impact of a proposed change pursuant to Clauses 8 and 9;
Change Assessment shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 6(c).
Change Assessment has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2 (Authority-Initiated Change Orders) of Exhibit J (Special Conditions of the Program Manager).
