Chain Facility definition

Chain Facility means a lodging facility we own, lease, manage, operate or authorize another party to operate using the System and identified by the Marks.

Conference Fee means the fee we charge for your attendance at a conference for Chain Facilities and their licensees when and if held, or the fee charged by DIA for the Days Inn Chain conference .

Examples of Chain Facility in a sentence

  • For Major Suppliers, Grant Recipient agrees to and shall consult the New York Offshore Wind Supply Chain Database, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to source and procure components, materials, equipment, spare parts and other items necessary to construct the Supply Chain Facility from supply chain and manufacturing facilities located in New York State.

  • You may identify the Facility as a Chain Facility prior to the Opening Date, or commence operation of the Facility under a ▇▇▇▇ and using the System, only after first obtaining our approval or as permitted under and strictly in accordance with the System Standards Manual.

  • NYSERDA’s review of any agreed-upon final form of PLA will be based on the specific terms of the negotiated PLA and will take into account the best interests of NYSERDA with respect to the Project, and the public it serves, and will include consideration of project viability, the cost-effectiveness of the PLA, and the need for timely completion of the Supply Chain Facility.

  • We may own, operate, lease, manage, franchise or license anyone to operate any Chain Facility located anywhere outside the Protected Territory without any restriction or obligation to you.

  • The project budget necessary to achieve Substantial Completion with respect to the Supply Chain Facility as set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereto.

  • The training program will not exceed ten days in duration and will cover such topics as System Standards, services available from us, and operating a Chain Facility.
